Houseman/Cook Job, London and travelling
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and proactive Houseman to join a busy private household. The successful candidate will be confident preparing healthy, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and will also assist with the smooth running and upkeep of the home.
This is a long-term position with international travel required alongside the family.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare fresh, healthy and nutritious meals, with a particular focus on Mediterranean cuisine.

Plan and prepare a varied range of dishes to suit the household’s preferences and requirements.

Assist with general household duties, including cleaning, tidying and basic maintenance.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the home.

Work collaboratively and respectfully with existing household staff.

Be flexible and willing to support the family with additional household requirements as needed.

Travel internationally with the family for extended periods.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience working in private households

European culinary experience, especially Spanish or Italian, is preferred

A valid UK driving licence.

A valid UK or EU passport and the unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Flexible and fully available to travel in the summer months

Reliable, discreet and trustworthy, with a professional approach to working in a private home.

Proactive and hands-on, with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable working as part of an established household team.

Able to work independently, use initiative and adapt to the changing needs of the family.
Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 GPA
Live out in London and when travelling, accommodation will be provided
