We have been retained by one of the biggest consulting firms, to find an Engagement/ Senior Manager for their Life Sciences consulting team. They are recognised leaders in this space, with a strong delivery team already in place, working with multiple cross-EU projects with Global, Top Tier Pharma and BioTech firms. We have known this company for 5 years and placed multiple people in the business, including the UK and EU Heads of practice, so we are well suited to give an applicants a thorough run down of what is expected in the role. You will already have a good track record of success in Life Sciences Management Consulting, understand the complexities of working in a Regulated environment and lots of experience delivering client facing work to clients in European Pharma and Biotech. You will be already Selling and Delivering on projects in the space, this is essential and a soft target will be in effect as you start, with a harder one to follow in Y2. If you have experience of Internal Consulting within a Pharma firm this could also be of interest, but generally these roles will require prior experience of work in a recognised Big 5 firm, or similar.
