The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK snack business with an established presence in the value retail channel and clear ambitions to scale further across UK major multiples. This is a pivotal commercial hire. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering the UK retail strategy, working closely with senior leadership and supported by an experienced manufacturing partner. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Secure new listings with UK major multiples across grocery and value
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with national retail buyers
  • Lead negotiations across range, margin, promotions and commercial terms
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forward visibility
  • Help shape go-to-market strategy for new product launches
  • Balance branded growth with selected own-label and special commercial projects
  • Work closely with manufacturing, product, and brand teams
  • Operate confidently in a lean environment, combining hands-on delivery with strategic thinking
