We’re partnering with a UK manufacturing business operating across Upper and Lower Tier COMAH sites to recruit an HSE Manager with the confidence and credibility to lead safety across two locations. This is a hands-on, visible role for someone who enjoys working closely with operations, influencing culture, and driving practical, effective HSE standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Health, Safety & Environmental activity across two manufacturing sites
  • Own ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 compliance
  • Manage incident reporting and investigations
  • Engage with regulators and auditors (HSE, EA, BSI)
  • Deliver training, toolbox talks and site engagement
  • Report on HSE performance and improvements
  • Support occupational health and emergency response

What we’re looking for:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • TechIOSH (or working towards Chartered)
  • COMAH or chemical manufacturing experience (ideal)
  • Confident, practical safety leader with strong people skills
  • Full UK driving licence
