Helping to support and grow a portfolio of commerce clients.

You’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to optimisation and expansion—ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.

The Company: Market Leading Retail Media Platform with 600+ global employees scaling across EMEA. Clients include Unilever, Mars, J&J, P&G.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commerce clients across Amazon and key marketplaces.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, optimisation, troubleshooting, and expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Analyse customer feedback and performance data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic eCommerce consultation.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates, retail media trends, and emerging marketplace opportunities.

Looking for:

  • Previous experience managing accounts across Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce strategy, retail media, and the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English & French, based in either the UK or France.
