You’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to optimisation and expansion—ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.

The Role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commerce clients across Amazon and key marketplaces.
- Guide customers through onboarding, optimisation, troubleshooting, and expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Analyse customer feedback and performance data to deliver actionable insights.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic eCommerce consultation.
- Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates, retail media trends, and emerging marketplace opportunities.
Looking for:
- Previous experience managing accounts across Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting.
