The Role: Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customer contracts, ensuring timely renewals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with Customer Success, Sales and Account Management teams, you'll play a key role in protecting recurring revenue, reducing churn and identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. Manage the end-to-end renewal process, from forecasting and customer engagement through to pricing, negotiation and contract completion. Build strong relationships with customers, proactively managing renewal timelines and ensuring contracts are renewed ahead of expiry. Maintain accurate contract, pricing and renewal data within CRM systems, providing reliable forecasting and reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues, improve renewal processes and contribute to revenue retention targets.

Desired Skills and Experience: Previous experience managing customer renewals, account management or customer success within a SaaS or software environment. Strong commercial awareness with experience negotiating contracts, pricing and commercial terms. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously. Analytical, customer-focused and proactive, with experience using CRM systems to manage contract data, forecasting and reporting.
