Responsibilities
- Launch, optimise, and scale TV, video, audio, and display campaigns that grow new customers and revenue while maintaining efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and channel specialists to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Run small, safe pilots to test new approaches, document what works, and contribute to team-wide knowledge.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, explaining results in plain language tied to business goals.

Experience
- Experience running TV/video/audio/display campaigns or in analytical roles with strong media exposure.
- Hands-on experience with campaign builds, launches, optimisations, and reporting.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, SQL a plus) and basic testing frameworks (A/B, lift studies).
- Strong communication skills, able to explain data insights and collaborate with clients and teams.
