Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Associate Director of Data Strategy & Analytics to lead a dynamic, high-performing team at a leading Digital Advertising Agency.

The Role:
In this highly impactful role, you’ll work as part of the agencies leadership team to own the design, delivery and ongoing development of the marketing analytics function.
- Act as strategic partner to senior clients and internal leadership, defining long-term analytics roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Guide the strategic adoption of marketing technologies including CDPs, data clean rooms, CDPs, MMM, and other ad-tech/mar-tech tools
- Lead data storytelling and insight development across cross-channel campaigns (Display, Video, Search, Social, Audio, OOH, etc.)
Desired Skills & Experience:
You’ll bring a strong mix of leadership, technical acumen and client-facing expertise.
- Extensive cross-channel experience in Marketing Analytics (Media Agency or In-House)
- Expertise working within marketing data strategy, advanced analytics and media measurement
- Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech, and how to leverage it to achieve business objectives
