The Role

• Guide clients through onboarding, training, and technical support
• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners
• Offer strategic advice to optimize advertising performance
• Monitor campaign data and recommend improvements
• Collaborate across teams to enhance the client experience
• Identify opportunities to drive client success and business growth

Your Experience

• 3+ years in programmatic advertising or digital media
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, DV360, or Meta Ads
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to simplify complex systems for diverse audiences
• A proactive, consultative approach with excellent time management
• Highly consultative; able to effectively communicate technical systems and/or challenges into simpler concepts to empower customers’ comprehension
