The Role
- Drive new business across a patch of Independent media agencies
- Develop and expand existing agency partnerships
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across planning, investment, trading, and digital teams
- Deliver consultative, solution-led sales presentations
- Consistently exceed revenue targets in a high-growth environment
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise client success and campaign performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in digital media or AdTech sales or strong agency planning experience and a desire to move into a commercial sales role
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, video, and the digital media ecosystem
- A track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets or upselling commercial opportunities to clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach to sales
