I’m working on a great new UK Customer Success Manager role with a leading retail media AdTech platform. Working with some of the world’s biggest brands, this SaaS platform powers their retail media and eCommerce activity across marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart through cutting-edge technology, AI-driven insights, and deep marketplace expertise.

Helping to support and grow a portfolio of commerce clients, you’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to optimisation and expansion—ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.
