Role
- Work across Paid Search and Shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Hands-on responsibility for campaign builds, launches, pacing and optimisation
- Monitor performance data and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner closely with Analytics, Creative and wider Paid Media teams
- Use automation, AI and platform tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency
Desired Experience
- Strong foundation in Paid Search and Shopping, particularly Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Hands-on and performance-focused, with experience managing campaigns and budgets
- Good understanding of Performance Max, bidding strategies, keyword targeting and campaign optimisationData-driven, with experience in reporting, Google Analytics and campaign testing
- Confident, collaborative and comfortable working with clients and internal teams
