The Role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commerce clients across Amazon and key marketplaces
  • Guide customers through onboarding, optimisation, troubleshooting, and expansion
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Analyse customer feedback and performance data to deliver actionable insights
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic eCommerce consultation
  • Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates, retail media trends, and emerging marketplace opportunities

Looking for:
