Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Science & Data Strategy Lead to join a forward-thinking digital and media organisation.

The Role
- Partner with senior clients and internal leadership to define analytics and modelling roadmaps that unlock long-term business opportunities.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights through data storytelling, marketing performance across channels (Display, Video, Social, Search, Audio, OOH) clear and impactful.
- Collaborate with media, creative, and technology partners to ensure integrated, innovative solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Managers and Analysts, fostering growth in statistical methods, strategic thinking, and client communication.
- Advise on the adoption and application of advanced marketing technologies such as data clean rooms, CDPs, or marketing mix modelling.
About You
- Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams, with a strong background in statistical modelling, experimentation, and measurement methodologies.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to present complex results clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and digital media.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, or equivalent).
