We’re hiring a Paid Social Director to join a leading Independent Marketing Agency working with ambitious, high-growth brands.

Responsibilities:

• Own senior client relationships and drive account growth
• Lead full-funnel Paid Social strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, including senior ICs and managers
• Drive innovation across automation, AI and platform products
• Connect Paid Social with Search, Retail Media, CRM, Creative and other channels
• Champion robust measurement, experimentation and incrementality
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including margin, utilisation and forecasting
• Influence senior stakeholders and turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Paid Social experience
• Strong experience managing major client relationships and senior stakeholders
• A proven track record leading and developing teams
• Deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok and other major social platforms
• Experience with automation, measurement and platform innovation
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• The ability to connect Paid Social strategy to broader integrated marketing plans
