I am working with a $100M ARR Advertising Technology business who are looking for a Non-Exec Board Director to help them move to the next stage in their growth. This role will require around 4 weeks per year commitment.

The Role
- Work with CEO and other Board members to strengthen company's position as a leader in ML driven programmatic technology
- Help drive excellence across market dynamics, strategy, growth and retention, ML optimisation, partners growth, competition analysis
- Attend quarterly board meetings
- Support company with relevant industry connections
