A fast-scaling, global mobile advertising technology company is hiring a commercially focused Head of Publisher Growth to expand and deepen strategic supply partnerships across non-gaming mobile applications. This is a senior, high-impact role within a rapidly growing monetisation and real-time bidding platform, suited to someone who thrives on long-term publisher relationships, SDK-driven monetisation strategies, and sustainable revenue growth.

The Role
- Own and grow partnerships with non-gaming mobile app publishers
- Drive adoption of the company’s SSP and SDK-based monetisation solutions
- Prospect, pitch, and close new publisher partnerships
- Negotiate commercial agreements that create long-term value
- Work closely with Product, Ad Ops, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing performance
- Act as the voice of publishers, feeding insight into roadmap, features, and market positioning
- Initially an IC role with scope to grow into a player-coach position over time
Desired Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in mobile ad tech, SSPs, or publisher monetisation
- Proven track record selling to mobile app publishers, ideally non-gaming
- Strong understanding of programmatic, RTB, and mobile monetisation mechanics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially data-driven with the ability to sell on performance
- Experience in high-growth or scaling environments preferred
