The Role:
- As a Client Success Manager, you will execute and optimize retail media campaigns for a portfolio of high-profile global brands, with a primary focus on Amazon Ads.
- You will play a hands-on role in driving campaign performance and delivering measurable results.
- Build, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns, primarily on Amazon Ads; knowledge of other marketplaces is a plus.
- Monitor campaign performance and use digital marketing analytics to make actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand objectives, deliver results, and report on KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales across marketplaces.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Retail Media or Commerce Media, ideally executing campaigns for high-value global brands.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Ads; additional marketplace experience advantageous.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams to execute campaigns and deliver results.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to interpret campaign metrics to make performance improvements.
- Must be a German speaker, with experience using German in professional settings.
