The Role
- The Account Manager will operate as a project lead and strategic partner for a portfolio of major banking clients, ensuring high‐quality delivery across all advertising and data‐driven initiatives.
- Own end‐to‐end project delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Coordinate cross‐functional teams (technical, product, operations, sales) to keep projects on track and proactively remove roadblocks.
- Implement best‐practice processes, providing structured guidance, training, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and partner success.
- Monitor performance, analyse trends, and report insights to senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and long‐term growth.
- Support strategic planning, working closely with leadership to enhance partner performance and identify new expansion opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of client management and project leadership, ideally with experience in digital advertising for regulated industries.
- Proven background in account management with significant project or program delivery responsibilities.
- Experience partnering with banks or financial services organisations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills; confident leading discussions and influencing decisions.
- Highly organised, structured, and comfortable navigating fast‐paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
- Skilled at prioritisation and driving focus on high‐impact work.
