The Role

  • As a Client Partner Account Manager, you will manage and grow key client relationships, delivering strategic guidance and ensuring exceptional campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Oversee day-to-day account management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards
  • Build and implement account plans that leverage multiple media channels and agency solutions to achieve client objectives
  • Support clients with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring efficient budget utilisation and monthly reconciliation
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation
  • Identify account growth and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with client business goals
  • Act as a key client contact, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively
  • Collaborate closely with internal channel specialists and cross‑functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments and best practices to strengthen client strategies

Desired Skills & Experience

  • The successful Client Partner Account Manager will have strong account management experience within digital marketing and a passion for data‑led client growth.
  • 4‑5 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Partner or Digital Client Services roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how they work together
  • Experience with Google Analytics, project management platforms and research tools such as Pathmatics, Similarweb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate and Comspoint
  • Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
