Role:

  • Own day-to-day marketplace operations including catalogue updates, listings, and SEO optimisation
  • Monitor account health and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth platform performance
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
  • Build and maintain KPI reporting using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Support client deliverables and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and high-quality output

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital operations roles
  • Amazon Seller Central experience is essential
  • Vendor Central experience desirable
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with confidence handling data sets
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and spot trends
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
