I’m excited to be hiring for a Head of DSPs role with one of the most exciting names in programmatic ad tech. The Company is NASDAQ listed, with 20 global offices and is a leader in digital advertising across mobile, gaming, and web. They have deep programmatic capabilities with strong tech infrastructure and are trusted by 90 of the top 100 global advertisers.

The Role:
- Own and grow strategic relationships with key DSP partners across EMEA
- Partner with commercial and product stakeholders to align on DSP priorities and go-to-market plans
- Play a key role in shaping and executing EMEA demand strategy alongside the VP EMEA
- Identify and unlock new collaboration opportunities with existing and emerging DSPs
Package includes up to £110K OTE (70:30 split).
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the DSP landscape, with proven experience in the ad tech or publisher ecosystem
- Strong existing network within major DSPs in the UK and ideally across Europe
- Able to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with both commercial and technical teams
