Helping to support and grow a portfolio of commerce clients. You’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to optimisation and expansion—ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.

The Role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commerce clients across Amazon and key marketplaces
- Guide customers through onboarding, optimisation, troubleshooting, and expansion
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and identifying upsell opportunities
- Analyse customer feedback and performance data to deliver actionable insights
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic eCommerce consultation
- Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates, retail media trends, and emerging marketplace opportunities
Looking for:
- Previous experience managing accounts across Amazon and other marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting
- Solid understanding of eCommerce strategy, retail media, and Amazon ecosystem
- Fluent in English & French based in either the UK or France
