The Role:

  • The Paid Media Planning Director will be an instrumental part of the agency's leadership team, owning department success and growth for a portfolio of key global clients.
  • Form an integral part of the Agency leadership team
  • Own paid media planning strategy and success for a portfolio of well-known global FMCG brands.
  • Deep understanding of Paid Media space, with an expertise in translating current media trends into actionable strategic initiatives
  • Manage a team of specialists, driving best-practice and developing channel expertise

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience nurturing and driving success for well-known FMCG brands on a global scale.
  • Demonstrable experience executing global paid advertising strategy, ideally coming from a Media Agency or Client
  • Experience working on luxury beauty or CPG accounts essential
  • Proven team lead, confident managing remote teams at different levels
  • Data driven mindset, with strong market and campaign insights approach
