A global sports technology company is looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive new business throughout Europe.
This is a genuine player-manager opportunity, combining enterprise sales with leadership of an established commercial team. You'll lead strategic relationships while selling high-value programmatic media solutions powered by premium sports data and audience technology.
What you'll do
- Win new business with sportsbooks and iGaming operators.
- Sell programmatic media solutions, PMPs and Deal IDs.
- Lead and develop a team of four sales professionals.
- Build senior relationships across marketing and commercial leadership.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Forecast revenue and manage pipeline through Salesforce.
- Work closely with Product, Trading, Marketing and Customer Success.
What we're looking for
- Proven success selling programmatic media.
- Experience selling directly into sportsbooks or iGaming operators.
- Strong knowledge of PMPs, Deal IDs, managed service programmatic and digital media.
- Track record of winning complex enterprise opportunities.
- Experience leading a commercial sales team while remaining personally revenue-generating.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
