The RoleAs Director, Client Success, you\âll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the company\âs most strategic clients.
Build and grow relationships with Tier 1 enterprise clients, ensuring longâterm success
Lead and mentor a clientâfacing team, implementing best practices to deliver results
Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Product, Sales, and Solutions to drive adoption and innovation
Shape account strategy and client development to maximize impact
Desired Skills & Experience
Extensive experience within the Commerce / Retail Media space, with a solid understanding of Amazon Ads
Confident working with highâvalue clients, utilising handsâon expertise to guide account strategy and client development
Exposure to other Marketplaces / Channels beneficial, but not essential
