- Build relationships with some of the biggest retailers in the world
- Plan and deliver CRM strategy and customer journey mapping
- Work cross-functionally within the Professional Services team alongside CS Directors, CRM Managers, Campaign Managers, ESP professionals and Project Managers.
Requirements
- Deep CRM marketing knowledge and strategy experience
- Retail / eCommerce client experience
- Expertise in CRM / ESP / CDP technologies
