We are currently looking for a Client Success Manager to join a market-leading and AI-first GEO/AEO company globally. This is an ideal opportunity for a Client Success Manager with experience in the eCommerce/Search & SEO space, to step into a highly impactful position with extensive growth opportunity.

Role
- Value-led approach to Client Success, confident working with both Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Owning client journey end-to-end; from onboarding & implementation through to upsell & cross-sell
- Be at the forefront of the AEO/GEO space
Experience Needed
- Experience in SaaS and/or Ecommerce / PPC / SEO
- Ideally some knowledge of SEO or Search advertising
- Self-starter who is looking to work in a hyper scaling business
- Strong understanding of how AI is transferring how brands need to be viewed online
