Role:
- Own day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Search/Shopping and retail media platforms
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to drive ROI and conversion performance
- Analyse campaign data to spot trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
- Build and maintain performance reports, turning data into clear insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and support client updates with actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in paid search or commerce media, ideally agency-side
- Hands-on experience with Google Search and Shopping, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with proven campaign optimisation experience
- Confident using Excel / Google Sheets and campaign management tools (e.g. Skai, Pacvue)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
