Lead key Client Success initiatives, driving operational improvements Desired Skills and Experience Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts within AdTech, Martech or Agency environments, with a track record of driving revenue growth Strong commercial acumen, handling pricing discussions, fee negotiations and ROI-focused conversations Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate insights into compelling client recommendations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers, manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
