Our client, an innovative and fast-growing AdTech company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the next stage of their product evolution. This organisation is a leader in digital advertising protection and performance intelligence, helping global brands maximise ROI across Google PPC, PMAX, and Affiliate Marketing channels.
Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will take full ownership of product strategy, MVP planning, and launch execution. You’ll also manage a Product Owner and collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll help shape the roadmap as the business expands its offering across e-commerce, retail, travel, gaming, and financial services - building products that deliver measurable improvements in advertising performance and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy as the company evolves into optimisation and performance-focused solutions
- Own MVP definition, delivery, and market rollout
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure alignment with customer needs and commercial opportunities
- Deliver high-impact product launches with strong value propositions
- Present roadmaps, feature specs, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain deep market and competitive intelligence across the AdTech ecosystem
- Manage and mentor a Product Owner
- Conduct customer discovery across multiple verticals
- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, performance, and satisfaction
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of product management and 5+ years of AdTech experience (concurrent experience acceptable)
- Strong track record launching successful B2B SaaS products
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, PPC, PMAX, affiliate ecosystems, and advertising optimisation
- Strong command of key advertising metrics (ROAS, CPC, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, LTV, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Ads reporting; Looker or FullStory is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of API integrations and Agile methodologies
