Grey Court School is seeking a Pastoral & Safeguarding Officer (KS3) to join the Pastoral & Safeguarding Team. The role supports KS3 students, builds trusting relationships, and helps learners reach their potential.
You will lead safeguarding duties, coordinate early intervention, work with parents and external agencies, and promote restorative approaches to create a calm, safe learning environment. A degree is required, with further qualifications desirable.
