We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our Food & Beverage Team and become part of one of Scotland’s most iconic hospitality destinations.

What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional table service
- Serving breakfast and helping guests start their day
- Supporting weddings, celebrations and special events
- Preparing restaurant and event spaces for service
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest care
