Someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys variety, and works well as part of a busy and supportive team

One service could be an intimate dinner for an eloping couple.
The next, a busy wedding celebration surrounded by family and friends.
You’ll support service across both Gretna Hall and Smiths Hotel, helping deliver consistently high standards of food and hospitality.
Main Responsibilities
- Running your section confidently during service
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Supporting busy wedding and event services
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team

- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment

Location: Gretna Green
Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours per week (5- 7 days including weekends & holidays)
