We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

You’ll support the smooth running of reception while delivering exceptional customer service to every guest.

No two days are ever the same.

From welcoming newlyweds and assisting international visitors to managing reservations and handling enquiries, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience.

  • WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Welcoming guests with a warm and professional approach
  • Managing reservations, cancellations, and guest enquiries
  • Handling check-ins, payments and reception administration
  • Keeping reception operations running smoothly throughout your shift
  • Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver outstanding service
  • Ensuring health, safety and data protection procedures are followed at all times
  • What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • A confident, approachable, and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
