Reporting to: Agricultural Maintenance Manager
Overall aim of the Job: We are looking for an office administrator to assist with the day-to-day administration within the Buildings and Estates office.

Gressingham is synonymous with duck, its reputation for exceptional taste has made Gressingham the duck choice for all major UK retailers and many independent stockists and specialist butchers, as well as being featured on the menus of top restaurants nationwide.
Key Tasks Within The Job
- Answering incoming calls
- Raising purchase orders
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Perform general administration duties, such as filing and data entry
- Using the company invoicing system (training will be given)
- Covering holidays/sickness
Key Requirements Would Be
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Excel and Word
- Have a good telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
