We have a great opportunity for a Farms Administrator to join our team based in Melton Mowbray. The position will report to the Senior Poultry Manager, working closely alongside him and the Farms Administration Team to ensure our company and contract farms receive the best possible service.
Key Tasks Within The Job
- Assisting with live bird transport planning for turkeys and chickens, including checking and collating information each week.
- Assisting with turkey and chicken planning from eggs into the hatchery to finished live birds out.
- Transposing plans into a master plan.
- Assisting the Senior Poultry Manager in checking all weekly data with regards to stock numbers.
- Assisting with information compiling in the format of excel spreadsheets for any information required across the turkey and chicken operation.
- Assisting the other Farm Administrator with other general admin duties.

Employment Details
- Job Type: Permanent.
- Hours per week: 32 hours per week.
- Working Times: 4 days per week, days to be discussed at interview but must include Monday, Thursday and Friday. 8 Hours per day, 8:00am – 16:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour.
