Overview
WIP Chiller Operative in Redgrave, Diss.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all meat produced by the cut room is weighed onto the system promptly.
- Ensure that each crate is labelled correctly (training will be given).
- Move meat from the WIP chiller to specified locations making sure it is correctly scanned into that location.
- Ensure that meat from the grader is moved to the WIP chiller promptly for processing.
The Person
- Must be reliable in both attendance and time keeping.
- Be willing to undertake some training on the scale booking systems.
- Have a positive and flexible approach to the tasks.
- Be a positive team player.
