Hourly rate: £13.05 (probation) → £13.40 after probation
Shift rota: 4 on 4 off DAY SHIFT, 07:00-19:45, hours can be negotiable
Plus: Peak role during Christmas production (six-day weeks)
Role OverviewAs a Dispatch Operative, You'll:
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time
- Monitor and log product quality checks: dates, temperatures, correct cold-chain handling
- Check products are correctly dated
- Check products are at the correct temperature
- Conduct inspections on Forklift, Pallet Truck & Pivot Steer Trucks daily
- Comply with all Health & Safety protocols and company policies
- Any other duties required connected with poultry processing
- Valid Forklift and pallet truck licence (or willingness to train onsite)
- A keen eye for accuracy and cleanliness
- A positive, team oriented attitude
- Zero to minimal experience needed — enthusiasm and our full training (online/face to face) are all you need
