We are currently seeking a kind, caring and supportive individual to join our dedicated Learning Support team at the senior school. At Gresham’s we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18. Founded in 1555 and located in the heart of North Norfolk, Gresham’s is a thriving co‑educational school set across 300 acres of countryside, just minutes from award‑winning beaches and areas of natural beauty.
The role will involve providing 1:1 in class support, mobility support around school and support for prep/supervised study mainly for pupils in year 9 and year 10. The successful candidate will be expected to work extremely closely with teachers, the Head of Learning Support, the Learning Support team and outside professionals to help the pupils overcome barriers to learning, enjoy their experience at school and reach their potential.
Ideally the candidate will be able to work full‑time hours some days and mornings only on other days. The ability to work on Saturday mornings would be an advantage.
