Gresham’s School are seeking to appoint a Graduate Pastoral Boarding Assistant (Residential) to support the boarding community for the 2026/27 academic year.
At Gresham’s we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18. Founded in 1555 and located in the heart of North Norfolk, Gresham’s is a thriving co-educational school set across 300 acres of countryside, just minutes from award-winning beaches and areas of natural beauty.
Gresham’s Senior School is looking to appoint a Graduate Pastoral Boarding Assistant to live and work as part of the boarding house community, providing excellent pastoral support and supervision to pupils. The role is designed for recent graduates considering a career in education, pastoral care, or youth work, and offers valuable residential experience within a vibrant boarding environment.
The ideal candidate would have an interest and or skills in areas of sport, music, drama or outdoor activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience whilst being part of a dedicated pastoral community and school with amazing facilities in a beautiful rural setting.
