Gresham’s, a thriving co-educational boarding and day school set in 300 acres of stunning Norfolk countryside, is seeking a part-time Alumni Engagement Manager to join our External Relations team.

Nestled in the Georgian market town of Holt and just four miles from the breathtaking North Norfolk coast, our Senior School educates pupils aged 13 to 18 from across the UK and internationally. Job Purpose
To grow and activate the alumni (OG) network through targeted communications, digital engagement and strategic collaboration with Admissions and Marketing supporting community engagement and pupil recruitment, particularly among alumni families and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Alumni Communications & Content
- Produce and deliver the alumni newsletter
- Develop engaging content including alumni stories and school updates
- Tailor messaging to key groups (alumni parents, international audiences)
- Digital & Social Media
- Manage alumni social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Create campaigns to increase engagement and visibility
- Build on an active online alumni community
- Admissions Collaboration
- Work closely with Admissions to:
- identify alumni with school-age children
- develop targeted engagement campaigns
- support recruitment journeys
- Create alumni-led content to support admissions (case studies, testimonials, events)
- International Alumni Engagement
- Develop and coordinate international alumni engagement activity
- Plan events bringing together:
- alumni
- current parents
- prospective parents
- Work with Admissions and Marketing to align these with recruitment priorities
- Website & Content Management
- Maintain alumni web pages
- Ensure alignment with brand and admissions messaging
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns
- Marketing & Engagement Planning
- Develop and implement an alumni engagement plan
- Align activity with school priorities and admissions strategy
- Event Promotion & Audience Development
- Lead promotion and targeting of alumni events
- Support audience development especially for recruitment-facing events
- Data & Insight
- Segment alumni data to identify key audiences (e.g. alumni parents, international groups)
- Track engagement and campaign performance
- Share insights with Admissions and Marketing
