As Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Revenue & GTM for the EDM business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership to provide actionable insights and ensure financial targets are met as we scale. This role will own CARR, pipeline and renewal forecasting and analysis as well as business partner the Chief Revenue Officer - EDM.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Work closely with Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Operations, wider Sales team, Customer Success and Marketing. Present clear recommendations, challenge assumptions constructively and confidently, influence decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Own all GTM related reporting for the EDM business, including: Bookings and Pipeline reporting, Churn and Churn Risk, Renewal and UFR rates, CARR vs ARR, Revenue waterfalls, commissions, marketing performance, KPI dashboards for senior management and our owners.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Own revenue and CARR components of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models for the EDM business.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse financial data, business trends, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives such as deal pricing, license audits etc.
  • Scenario Modelling: Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and new product launches.
  • Process Improvement: Help optimize financial processes and reporting tools, by further developing capabilities of Abacum.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant with 8+ years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles with strong SaaS / recurring revenue experience.
  • Proven partnership with senior Sales or Revenue leaders.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics, sales capacity modelling, and unit economics.
  • CRM experience (ideally Hubspot).
  • Strong Excel skills, use of FP&A forecasting systems (ideally Abacum).
  • Confident communicator with executive presence and strong judgement.
  • Comfortable operating with strong personalities and holding their ground constructively.
  • Calm, resilient, and commercially curious.
