Description
The Global Account Manager (London) owns and grows Gresham’s Prime EDM client relationships across the UK and EMEA, acting as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of 26 enterprise accounts spanning banks, investment managers and corporates.
This role directly protects and expands Gresham’s recurring revenue base, ensuring clients renew with confidence, adopt new functionality, and see Gresham as a long-term strategic partner rather than a vendor — working hand in hand with Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to do it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end commercial relationship for a 26-account Prime EDM portfolio, acting as the trusted senior point of contact for renewals, expansion and escalation.
- Build and execute account growth plans that identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the wider Gresham product suite, in partnership with Product and Sales.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the renewal cycle across the full portfolio, protecting and growing recurring revenue and minimising churn risk.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure clients are adopting product functionality and realising measurable value from their Gresham investment.
- Act as the client’s internal advocate, feeding market and account intelligence back into Product and Leadership to help shape roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
- Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline and forecast data, providing regular reporting on portfolio health directly to the CEO.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Global Account Manager, Key Account Manager or senior Client Relationship role, ideally managing enterprise accounts within financial services or fintech.
- Track record of owning commercial relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at banks, investment managers or corporates.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and retain a large, multi-account portfolio, including managing renewals, negotiations and expansion opportunities at scale.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with confidence presenting account plans, forecasts and portfolio health directly to senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across client organisations and internally across Product, Customer Success and Professional Services.
Desirable Skills
- Prior experience with EDM, data automation, reconciliation or capital markets data platforms.
- Familiarity with Prime EDM, or comparable enterprise data management products.
- Experience operating in a UK/EMEA regional coverage model, working with clients and colleagues across multiple markets.
- CRM proficiency (e. g. Salesforce, Hub Spot) for pipeline, forecasting and account planning.
- Equal Opportunities Statement
