Operational Resilience Lead, VP – London (Hybrid)
It supports resilience integration across business operations and change initiatives within the UK and Europe.
Prior experience in implementing resilience frameworks within financial services is essential.

Support business units in meeting regulatory expectations, particularly for Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical/Important Functions (CIF).
Lead regulatory self-assessments and support internal audits.
Track regulatory developments and ensure compliance with emerging requirements.
Experience in financial services, with a focus on resilience, risk, and change.
Familiarity with operational risk frameworks and business continuity/crisis management best practices.
Experience supporting change management projects, with a solid understanding of the project lifecycle.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
