Following continued growth and internal progression, they are seeking a high‑calibre ACA to join their finance team in a broad and commercially focused role. This opportunity would suit a newly qualified ACA or an individual with up to two years' post‑qualified experience looking to make their first or second move from practice into industry.
Working within a collaborative and high‑performing finance function, you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business and play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, business partnering and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the delivery of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
- Producing high‑quality financial analysis and management information
- Working closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives and business projects
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Partnering with stakeholders across finance, operations and investment teams
- Driving process improvement and enhancing financial controls
- Supporting external audit and regulatory interactions
- ACA qualified (or due to qualify imminently)
- Trained within a Big Four or leading accountancy practice
- Experience gained within a Financial Services audit or advisory team
- Strong academic background and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
