Gresham Hunt are partnering with a leading UK bank who are looking for Analytics Product Managers to play a pivotal role in driving the bank’s transformation into a truly data-driven organisation. This is a high-impact role where you will shape, prioritise and deliver analytics and data products that support strategic decision-making, deepen customer understanding, and strengthen regulatory compliance and risk management.

You’ll sit at the heart of the data, analytics, and business ecosystem, ensuring that analytics products are scalable, reusable, and deliver measurable value across the organisation.

The Role:

As an Analytics Product Manager, you will own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products, from ideation and experimentation through to delivery, scaling, and continuous improvement.

  • Own and prioritise the analytics product backlog for your data domain
  • Translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories
  • Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-quality data products
  • Engage SMEs and stakeholders to refine requirements and validate outcomes
  • Challenge and shape demand to ensure solutions are scalable and fit-for-purpose
  • Ensure products meet standards for data governance, quality, lineage, and reusability
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners
  • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities effectively, removing blockers proactively
  • Support the organisation in improving data literacy and adoption

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within data, analytics, or AI environments
  • Strong track record of owning and delivering data/analytics products (not just dashboards)
  • Experience managing product backlogs and prioritisation in Agile environments
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured product artefacts
  • Experience working with data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and lineage
  • Scalable data platforms and architectures
  • Experience delivering reusable, scalable analytics solutions
  • Exposure to AI / advanced analytics products
  • Passion for driving data literacy and adoption across organisations
