Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Gresham House's Climate and Nature Strategy and monitoring net zero, portfolio alignment, nature positive outcomes.
- Support the alignment of climate and nature accounting methodologies across all GH asset classes.
- Map, reconcile and integrate data systems.
- Support sustainability reporting which includes TCFD, TNFD and ISSB-aligned disclosures.
- Collate ESG KPIs and other required data across all divisions.
- Provide advisory to support value creation playbooks on climate and nature.
- Train internal teams on climate and nature methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in climate accounting.
- Experience working with ESG/climate/nature data systems and integrating multi source datasets.
- Demonstrated experience applying TCFD, TNFD, ISSB or similar sustainability disclosure frameworks.
- Quantitative experience (e.g. with climate modelling) desired, but not necessary.
- Good analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Very competent with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Resilient, flexible and able to balance competing demands.
- Highly motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to take direction and adapt approach to different requirements.
