The role
As a Part-time Retail Associate, you will act as a Brand Ambassador for Grenson and you should be focused on providing customers with an exceptional level of service. For the full-time position, in the absence of the Store Manager, you would be responsible for the team and the daily running of the store. Working alongside the Store Manager and other full- and part-time members of staff to help motivate the team and reach sales targets.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to assist the Store Manager in the following duties:
- Assisting in the daily running of the store and its operations
- Contributes to meeting store targets and maintaining the company\'s reputation for excellent customer service
- Assisting with staff training
- Maintaining company standards of store aesthetics
- Communicating efficiently with head office in the absence of a Store Manager
- Helping to organize events to engage with new and existing customers
